Curbside recycling will restart soon in Tulsa, with Tulsa Recycle & Transfer almost ready to resume operations. Beginning Jan. 31, 2022, customers need to be sure that their trash is in the gray cart and their recycling is in the blue cart at 5 a.m. on their pickup day.
