T-Town HOME (Housing Options Made Easy) Catalog Now Available Online for Homebuilders, Developers

The City of Tulsa has released the highly anticipated T-Town HOME (Housing Options Made Easy) Catalog, a new collection of pre-approved housing plans designed to make it faster, easier, and more affordable to build new homes and housing units in Tulsa.

The catalog, which is now available online, consists of 18 sets of pre-approved plans, ranging from accessory dwelling units to single-family homes, to duplexes, to fourplexes, a sixplex, and even a tenplex.   

The City announced the plans during a public event this morning at the 36th Street North Event Center.

The catalog includes a variety of housing types and is intended to support infill development across Tulsa. Each set of plans is structured in a way that can be easily produced by local developers, but also easily modified to be customized for individual needs. While site-specific reviews will still be required, much of the building review process has already been completed through the plans themselves, allowing projects to move forward more efficiently.
