Request a Truck, Station Tour, or Smoke Alarm

The Tulsa Fire Department looks forward to participating with your school or community event. Fire engine/truck visits may be scheduled for the purpose of fire and life safety education and community-focused events. Visits generally will be a maximum of two hours and must take place within the City of Tulsa.

• Please complete the request form below at least two weeks before your event. 
• Tulsa Fire Administration will communicate with you by email or phone to confirm our attendance.
• Adequate fire apparatus parking/accessibility must be provided.
• The Tulsa Fire Department does not attend birthday parties.
• Please remember that units remain in service and scheduled events may be cancelled at any time without notice if necessary for emergency response.
• The Tulsa Fire Department reserves the right, at the sole discretion of its officers, to decline participation in any event.
• Requesting a tour, visit or parade does not guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request.
