Buildings hours are subject to change without notice. For staff safety, the facility may close following the conclusion of the last scheduled activity. Please call ahead of arrival for more information.

Tulsa Parks General Policies

The City of Tulsa’s Park and Recreation Department remains committed to ensuring the safety of our staff and residents, and continues to consult with the Tulsa Health Department and CDC guidelines. 

• Online registration is available and is the preferred method of enrollment and payment for most programs and events to reduce your wait time and increase safety.
• Please do not enter if you are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
• Enter only through designated entrances and exits (directional signage is in place).
• Must sign in at the front desk AND scan your Tulsa Parks ID card.

Our Park & Facility

Here to serve West Tulsa neighborhoods and Tulsans across our community, Reed Park & Community Center has outdoor facilities to enjoy, including a pool, sports courts, disc golf, playgrounds and picnic areas; as well as indoor facilities with state-of-the-art gymnastics gym, arts & crafts, social activities, education programs, holiday & special events, sports & fitness areas.

Our Programming

Classes, activities, events, meetings and programs are scheduled throughout the year based on the season, and we are excited about the upcoming programs and events we are planning for all ages and families. Summer program enrollment is now open, and programs run August.

Please note: A 25% additional fee will be assessed for non-residents of the City of Tulsa, and all patrons ages 10 and over must obtain a FREE Tulsa Parks ID card to participate in activities at any Tulsa Parks Community Center. Please ask recreation staff for more details.
