The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for the procurement of all supplies, equipment, and services for City departments (excluding architectural and engineering services). Our goal is to obtain the "best value" in procurement for all supplies and services in an open, ethical and professional manner, assuring prudent expenditure of Tulsa taxpayer funds. Making our procurement process as accessible and friendly as possible is also a priority for the City of Tulsa. We want your bidding and contracting experiences to be clear, efficient, and welcoming, no matter what service or product your firm provides.
