West 15th Street, South Denver Intersection to Close Monday, June 18, for Five Days during Waterline Work

June 16, 2018 = The intersection of West 15^th Street and South Denver Avenue will be closed starting Monday, June 18, for five days to continue work for replacement of a 6-inch waterline and segments of a 30-inch waterline. This work is in preparation for a street reconstruction project to begin at a later date.

Access will remain open for all businesses in the area. Then beginning Saturday, June 23, and for the next three to four weeks, traffic at 15^th and Denver will be open to one lane in each direction, except that eastbound traffic will be restricted between Elwood and Denver avenues.

This project is in anticipation of the Improve Our Tulsa street rehabilitation project funded by the 2014 General Obligation Bond Issue. The project includes South Denver Avenue from West 13^th Street to West 18^th Street (Project 144467).
