The Mayor’s Office of Resilience & Equity (MORE) is hosting a “We Are Hiring” bilingual employment workshop on Thursday, January 12, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Education Outreach Center, 2201 S. Garnett Rd.
City staff will guide bilingual individuals step-by-step through the City of Tulsa application process where candidates will be given personalized attention to create a simple resume.
The event is free, but space is limited.

In October of 2022, the City of Tulsa approved a Bilingual Pay Policy for its employees. Non-sworn employees who either have job descriptions that require bilingual skills or who use bilingual skills in the course of performing their job duties may be eligible for additional compensation through a Bilingual Pay Incentive. The application process for that incentive is currently being finalized and will be made available to employees as soon as possible.
