Waterline Work at 4148 E. 51st St. Scheduled for March 13-14; Project to Affect Traffic

A 12-inch waterline at 4148 E. 51st St. is scheduled for repair beginning at 7 a.m. March 13, with completion scheduled for 7 a.m. March 14. During this work, traffic on East 51st Street at South Richmond Avenue will be limited to one lane in each direction.
