Waterline, Street Repairs at 21st and Harvard; Project to Affect Traffic May 31 2024

City crews are working to repair a 24-inch waterline break at E. 21st St. and S. Harvard Ave.

To make repairs, eastbound traffic on 21st will be narrowed to one lane. Both north and southbound lanes on Harvard are also being reduced to one lane in each direction.

Waterline repairs are expected to be completed today before the project is turned over to our contractor for street restoration. All eastbound traffic lanes of 21st at Harvard are expected to reopen tonight.

Street restoration is expected to be completed next week. As street repairs are being made, both northbound and southbound traffic on Harvard will remain narrowed to one lane in each direction.
