Waterline Repairs Scheduled for Tuesday - Wednesday, Feb. 4-5, at 1501 S. Yale Ave., 100 N. Florence Ave., 1050 N. Harvard Ave; Work to Affect Traffic

Water Distribution personnel will fix a leaking 24-inch waterline at 1501 S. Yale Ave., beginning at approximately 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4. This repair is scheduled to be complete by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5. During this work, traffic on South Yale Avenue will be limited to one lane in each direction at East 15^th Street.

On Wednesday, Feb. 5, Water Distribution personnel will repair a 6-inch waterline at 100 N. Florence Ave. Work is scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. During this project, the intersection of North Florence Avenue and East Archer Street will be closed, with detours marked for motorists to use North Florence Place, North College Avenue and East Independence Street.

Also on Wednesday, Feb. 5, Water Distribution personnel will work on a 30-inch waterline at 1050 N. Harvard Ave. Work is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Lane closures will be the same as for the current street project in progress: traffic on North Harvard Avenue is limited to one lane in each direction, and traffic on East Latimer Street is limited to one eastbound lane.
