Tulsa Parks to Host Safe Halloween Events Throughout October (1)

Are you looking for a safe and fun Halloween activity this week? Tulsa Parks has multiple opportunities for trick-or-treaters of all ages!
On Friday, October 25, the younger trick-or-treaters will have a Halloween Carnival at the Whiteside Park Community Center, 4009 S. Pittsburg Ave., from 6 to 8 p.m. This carnival is limited to children ages eight and under, but older children are welcome. Activities include a costume contest, carnival games, and food trucks.
On Saturday, October 26, the fourth annual “Sparky’s Spooktacular Trunk or Treat” will occur at McClure Park, 7440 E. 7th St., from 1:30 – 4 p.m. This free event is open to all ages and will include a costume contest, food trucks, and trick-or-treating.
Also, on Saturday, October 26, at Whiteside Park, Halloween is going to the dogs from 10 to 11 a.m. Bring your pup to the Howl-O-Ween celebration, which includes a dog costume contest and a doggy treat scavenger hunt.
To round out the Halloween festivities on Thursday, October 31, a Halloween Festival will be held at the Lacy Park Community Center, 2134 N. Madison Pl., from 6:30 - 8 p.m. Music, fun, and games will be available for kids of all ages.
