The City of Tulsa’s Customer Care Department has been working on multiple system upgrades, including website and app updates, as well as replacing the backend phone and IVR systems.
A few updates that Tulsans may take notice of include:
Phone and IVR upgrades
While these upgrades mainly affect internal processes, utility customers calling about their accounts will now need to have their utility account numbers on hand before they are able to access their account through the IVR (automated system).
Tulsa 311 app refresh
The Tulsa 311 app has undergone a refresh. Current Tulsa 311 app users will either be prompted to download the new Tulsa 311 app (or it will be automatically updated) before they are able to submit a service ticket. The new app will operate very similarly to the newly designed website. New Tulsa 311 users will also be able to setup an account through the app.
New account registrations now available at www.tulsa311.com
New web users will be able to set up new accounts through www.tulsa311.com, as well as through the app.
Tulsa311.com refresh
In addition to new account registration, www.tulsa311.com features an updated look, making navigating the front page of the site easier.
