Traffic on East 61st Street South, between Lewis and Harvard Avenues, to Change to One-Way Westbound on Tuesday, April 30

With a mill and overlay paving project in progress on East 61st Street between South Lewis Avenue and South Harvard Avenue, it is time for the one-way traffic to change directions - now to westbound only - starting Tuesday, April 30.  

This project consists of milling, or removing the old surface of the road, and then repaving with asphalt for a new surface.

The City of Tulsa has contracted with Becco Contractors Inc. for this $578,000 Improve Our Tulsa project. Completion of this project is scheduled for the end of May, weather permitting.
