Street Rehabilitation Project to Begin Jan. 9 on Denver Avenue between Riverside Drive and West 13th Street

A street rehabilitation project on South Denver Avenue between Riverside Drive and West 13^th Street will begin Thursday, Jan. 9. Traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction during this project.

Work includes waterline replacement and full-depth roadway reconstruction. Combined with Denver Avenue, this project also includes rehabilitation of West 16^th Place between South Denver Avenue and South Carson Avenue, where work will begin later.

The City of Tulsa has contracted with Crossland Heavy Contractors for this $3,127,000 project funded by the Improve Our Tulsa General Obligation Bond. Completion is scheduled for August.
