Sanitary Sewer, Street Rehabilitation Project near Gilcrease Museum to Begin Monday, Sept. 11; Work to Affect Traffic

A sanitary sewer and street rehabilitation project is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 11, on West Edison Street between North 33^rd West Avenue and Gilcrease Museum Road (25^th West Avenue). Sanitary sewer work will be done first.  

During this work on Edison Street, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction. Street rehabilitation will follow the sanitary sewer work. The lane closures will continue during all the work on this section of Edison Street, likely through February 2024.  

This street rehabilitation project also includes other locations where work will be done near Gilcrease Museum:  

• West Edison Street, North Gilcrease Museum Road to North Union Avenue 
• West Pine Street, North Gilcrease Museum Road to North Union Avenue 
• North 33^rd West Avenue, West Edison Street to West Apache Street
