Permit Center to Close Early July 23, July 30

The Permit Center located on the 4^th floor of City Hall will close early at noon on both July 23 and July 30.  

Currently, Permit Center staff are working to catch up on paper applications following the May 2021 ransomware attack. The early Friday closures will allow staff to clear the backlog of paper applications, which are the only way the City is able to take permit applications at this time.  

Please note the Self-Service Portal is not available and inspections cannot be scheduled online at this time. Business permitting can only be conducted by phone or in-person during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except for July 23 and July 30). 

The City estimates all Permit Center functions will return to normal, including online functions through the Self-Service Portal, by August 16, 2021.
