Crutchfield Neighborhood residents and business owners are invited to learn about and discuss the Crutchfield Neighborhood Sector Plan by attending an open house hosted by the City of Tulsa’s Planning and Economic Development Department and the Tulsa Development Authority.

The open house will be held Thursday, March 1, from 6 to 7:45 p.m. in the Central Center at Centennial Park, 1028 East Sixth St.

The purpose of this meeting is to allow residents to comment on the Sector Plan draft for the Crutchfield Neighborhood. The Sector Plan allows the City of Tulsa and various partners to use various policies, strategies and funding sources to implement future development of land within the sector.

The Crutchfield Neighborhood is near downtown Tulsa between Pine Street and I-244, and between U.S. Highway 75 and Utica Avenue.
