New Operating Hours, Rates Announced for Tulsa Mulch Site

The City of Tulsa Public Works Department is updating the hours of operation at the Tulsa Mulch Site, 2100 N. 145th E. Ave.
Starting this week, new hours will be as follows (excludes City holidays):
The mulch site remains free for disposal to Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks and Bixby residents. A driver's license, current city utility bill from the municipality you live in or a manifest from your community will be required upon mulch site entry.
 
Additionally, new site rates will take effect on Oct. 1 for non-Tulsa residents (outside of those mentioned above) and commercial businesses. These rates are based on the size of the vehicle or trailer used:
Please note that payment at the mulch site can only be made via credit card, purchase card, or debit card. No other forms of payment will be accepted. For more information on the updated hours and new rates, please visit www.cityoftulsa.org/mulch or contact 311.
