“I am truly honored to recognize Tammy for her years of service to the City of Tulsa within the Finance Department," said Mayor G.T. Bynum. "She has had an invaluable impact on the City over the last three decades and has always been a crucial part of our team. While I am sad to see her go, I know that she is leaving the Finance Department in a great place and will enjoy her retirement and well-deserved time off."
