Due to a recent traffic incident, traffic signals are temporarily out of service at the East 31st Street and South 121st East Avenue intersection.
During this time, the intersection is operating as a four-way stop to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic flow. There is currently no estimate as to when signals will be repaired.
