As part of improvements at the intersection of E. 11th St. and S. Pittsburgh Ave., the traffic signal will be temporarily out of service beginning on Thursday, April 24.
During that time, the intersection will operate as a four-way stop with flashing signals to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic flow. The outage is scheduled to last from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
