East 91st Street to Remain One Lane between Harvard Avenue and Quebec Avenue until Repair of Drainage Culvert

Traffic will remain limited to one westbound lane for public safety on East 91st Street between Harvard and Quebec avenues until a drainage culvert can be repaired at that location.

The repair will be a temporary fix until the culvert will be replaced as part of a planned Improve Our Tulsa project - rehabilitation of East 91st Street between South Harvard Avenue and South Yale Avenue.
