East 41st Street has opened to two-way traffic this afternoon between South Garnett Road and South 129th East Avenue, as construction wraps up on this street rehabilitation project. All that remains is placing permanent striping, which will be accomplished with intermittent lane closures.
A center turn lane has been added, along with a sidewalk on the north side of the street.
The City of Tulsa has contracted with Ellsworth Construction for this $1.6 million project, funded by the 2014 General Obligation Bond Issue (Improve Our Tulsa).
