A public meeting to launch the small area plan update process for the Crutchfield Neighborhood will be held Wednesday, May 16, from 6 to 7:45 p.m. in the Central Library Aaronson Auditorium, 400 Civic Center, Lower Level L01.

The Crutchfield Neighborhood is near downtown Tulsa, with boundaries of Pine Street, I-244, U.S. Highway 75 and Utica Avenue.

Small area plans are intended to provide tailored solutions for neighborhoods and are developed primarily through the input of property owners and area stakeholders. These plans are to be adopted as amendments to the comprehensive plan and implemented through zoning changes and other regulatory controls that allow for desired development patterns identified in the comprehensive plan.

The Crutchfield Citizen Advisory Team (CAT), representing area stakeholders, will join City Planning staff and other interested citizens to talk about the process and lay the foundation for upcoming tasks and events. Future project announcements and materials will be posted online.
