City Hall, Municipal Court, and other City facilities will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 4. Public safety and mission-critical operations, however, will operate as normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem may call the following 24-hour emergency numbers: water – (918) 596-9488, and sewer – (918) 586-6999.
Refuse, recycling, yard waste, and bulky waste will be collected on Monday, Sept. 4. As a reminder, the only holidays when trash is not collected are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
The City of Tulsa temporary mulch site, E. Latimer St. & N. 89th East Ave., is closed Monday, Sept. 4, and will reopen Tuesday, Sept. 5.
The City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Shelter at 3031 N. Erie Ave. will be closed on Monday, and will resume its usual schedule on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
Tulsa Parks recreation centers will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4. The Mohawk Park and Page Belcher golf courses will be open on Monday. The Tulsa Zoo also will be open on Monday.
The Oxley Nature Center visitors’ center will be closed on Monday, but the Oxley trails will be open.
Tulsa Transit will not provide bus service on Monday, Sept. 4.
