City Hall and other City facilities will be closed on Friday, March 30, for Good Friday. Public safety and mission critical operations, however, will operate as normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem may call the following 24-hour emergency numbers: water – (918) 596-9488, and sewer – (918) 586-6999.
Refuse, recycling, and bulky waste service in Tulsa will operate as normal on Friday.
The City of Tulsa mulch site at 2100 N. 145th E. Ave. will be closed Friday, March 30, and Sunday, April 1. It will be open on Saturday, March 31. Except for City holidays, the mulch site usually is open seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Shelter at 3031 N. Erie Ave. will be open on Friday, March 30, regular hours from noon to 6 p.m.
Tulsa Parks offices and recreation centers will be closed on Friday, March 30. The Oxley Nature Center visitor center will be closed on Friday, but the parking lot and trails will be open. Red Bud Valley Nature Preserve will be completely closed on Friday. Tulsa Garden Center will observe its regular hours on Friday and through the weekend.
Mohawk Park Golf Course, Page Belcher Golf Course, the Tulsa Zoo, as well as Gilcrease Museum all will be open on Friday and the entire weekend.
The Tulsa Performing Arts Center will be closed during regular business hours on Friday, March 30; however, the Second Street entrance and Second Street ticket office will open at 5:30 p.m. for that evening’s performance of “An Evening with Zakir Hussain and Rakesh Chaurasia.” Ticket sales also will be available through www.tulsapac.com .
Tulsa Transit will provide service according to its usual schedule on Friday, March 30.
