You can view your bills dating back to May 1, 2021, under the "Manage Bills" tab, and the "Account Summary" will show you your water meter readings and consumption history. You can also enroll in autopayments and make changes to the bank account being used for auto-payments.
There is no fee for paying online.
City Hall
Pay your utility bill at the City Hall cashier windows located inside the 2nd Street entrance of City Hall. Windows are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Payment can be made with cash, check, or money order. A night depository is located on the plaza just west of the entrance to City Hall, 175 E. 2nd Street. Do not place cash in the night depository.

Apply for the Low-Income Housing Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP), which is a one-time program that was created and funded under the Consolidated Appropriations Act and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). It provides funds to assist low-income households with water and sewer costs. LIHWAP funds will only cover water and sewer-related costs. City of Tulsa Utilities customers will still be responsible for the remaining portion of their bill which includes the entire EMSA, Refuse, and other fees not associated with water and sewer specifically.
