For those who were involved in the justice system, re-integrating into society can be difficult. Finding a job, getting access to transportation and securing quality affordable housing are some of the biggest struggles for those the justice system impacts.

Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO)
CEO exclusively serves those who have recently returned from incarceration, the majority of whom are on probation and parole. CEO’s comprehensive employment and training services work to help connect individuals to a job and career. In 2018, they enrolled 317 participants in Tulsa. Learn more about CEO and what they do.
Community Service Council (CSC)
The CSC works to address social service, health, education and civic challenges through a variety of programming efforts. To see a list of their services available for those facing homelessness, those incarcerated, or those who are battling mental health issues, visit CSC's website.
Criminal Justice and Mercy Ministries (CJAMM)
CJAMM’s mission is to break generational cycles of prison, addition and criminogenic behavior. CJAMM works to help those incarcerated and their families re-integrate into society after incarceration.
Exodus House
The Exodus House aims to help men and women who were incarcerated re-integrate from the Department of Corrections. The house's stay lasts six months, providing residential housing where newly released individuals can live with their families while re-integrating back into society. Genesis One Network
Genesis One Network, a faith-based non-profit prison ministry, works with offenders both currently incarcerated and previously incarcerated. Less than 10 percent of members in the program re-offend and go back to prison. The program requires commitment and accountability. To learn more about what they do, visit them on Facebook.
Oklahoma Department of Corrections Reentry Services (ODOC)
Toward the end of an individual’s incarceration, ODOC works to develop a reentry plan and focus attention to the person’s future employment, housing, education and substance abuse treatment.

Resonance Center for Women
Located in the historic Breene Mansion, Resonance Center For Women assists women going through substance abuse with treatment as an alternative to incarceration. Through support services, Resonance helps women transition back into the community after prison.
Take 2: A Resonance Café
Take 2 is a downtown café off 3rd and Main Street, dedicated to providing a transitional work program supporting formerly incarcerated women. Resonance Center for Women operates the café.
Still She Rises Tulsa
Still She Rises Tulsa is the first public defender office in the country dedicated to representing mothers in the legal system. Its Director Robin Steinberg also serves at the CEO for the Bail Project. Still She Rises Tulsa tailors legal strategies to meet the challenges mothers face in the criminal justice system by breaking cyclical poverty as it relates to incarceration.

The Bail Project
A Product of the Bronx Freedom Fund, The Bail Project is a nationwide effort to help those arrested by paying their bail, assisting them with transportation, updating them about upcoming court dates, and providing them with childcare. Tulsa was one of the first two cities in the United States with this project. The Bail Project designates bail disruptors leading the work in Tulsa. Less than two percent of those helped end up receiving a jail sentence, with 50% of cases end up being dismissed.

Tulsa Reentry One-Step
Tulsa Reentry One-Step is a CSC program designed to break the incarceration cycle by assisting men and women returning to Tulsa from prison. The program seeks to help individuals re-integrate back into society. Learn More.
