Neighborhood Registration
Registration is the most effective way for us to provide information and assistance to Tulsa neighborhoods. Please register or update your neighborhood today.
Once your neighborhood is registered you will be listed on the Neighborhood Map and can apply for the Dumpster Program.
Neighborhood Dumpster Program
The Dumpster Program is a service available to registered neighborhood associations. It is important to know and understand the rules before applying for and using the dumpsters.
Block Party
Block Parties are a great way to get to know your neighbors, and the City encourages associations to organize these events. If you plan to use any part of the public street you must use appropriate safety barricades. Register Online

Dispute Resolution
Do you need help resolving neighborhood disputes? Visit Early Settlement to voluntarily resolve disputes before getting involved in costly, and often lengthy, legal proceedings.

Create collaborative links between the City and its citizens. Acting as this link the Neighborhood Services Division and Neighborhood Liaisons are a point of contact between neighborhood groups, area residents, businesses, schools, and organizations.
Implement a proactive education program designed to enhance code compliance, collaboration, and coordination. Work within the City of Tulsa’s neighborhoods alongside area residents to help keep Tulsa healthy, attractive, and positive for those who work, live, and play here.
