Placard

The Code Enforcement Division of the City of Tulsa uses a placard system to ensure that illegal occupancy is not occurring on a property after all official notices have expired and the violations continue. If your property has received a yellow placard, you will need to complete an access schedule that must be approved by Code Enforcement staff to ensure that you are not subject to a criminal citation for illegal occupancy.
