Community Conversations Series

Community Conversations - May 6 - June 9, 2026

Mayor Monroe Nichols has announced the third round of the Community Conversations series (and the first of 2026), bringing City Hall directly into neighborhoods across Tulsa.

These meetings give residents a chance to engage face-to-face with City leadership, receive updates, ask questions, and connect with the full range of City services in a single, accessible setting.

Each meeting will feature opening remarks from Mayor Nichols, followed by an open-house style format where residents can move between stations staffed by City departments and elected officials. This format brings together City Hall in one place - allowing residents to meet with nearly every major City department and get help with services and requests.

The Community Conversations series will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the following locations:

What to Expect
Personnel from across the City will be present to answer questions and engage directly with attendees. Following brief remarks from Mayor Nichols, nearly every major City department will be available to meet with residents and help with services, such as filing 311 reports, reviewing current road projects, accessing neighborhood data and code enforcement information, and addressing permitting questions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with the City Auditor and other elected leaders, among others, to learn more about City services and share feedback.

Mayor Monroe Nichols hosted a second round of Community Conversations to give residents an opportunity to discuss some of the biggest issues facing the city today, including public safety, homelessness, youth outreach, essential services and other key priorities.

“As we navigate some of the largest issues facing our city, engaging with Tulsans will be at the heart of how we build a stronger community,” Mayor Nichols said. “These conversations allow us to sit down together, talk honestly about the challenges we face, and work toward solutions that reflect the needs and values of our city."
