Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
First and Third Saturday of the Month: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Our facilities will be closed on the following City holidays:

• Friday, November 10 for Veterans Day
• Thursday, November 23 & Friday, November 24 for Thanksgiving Holiday
• Monday, December 25 & Tuesday, December 26 for Christmas Holiday
• Monday, January 1 for New Year's Day
• Monday, January 15 for Martin Luther King Day

Buildings hours are subject to change without notice. For staff safety facility may close following the conclusion of the last activity. Please call ahead of arrival for more information.

Tulsa Parks General Policies

The City of Tulsa’s Park and Recreation Department remains committed to ensuring the safety of our staff and residents, and continues to consult with the Tulsa Health Department and CDC guidelines. 

• Online registration is available and is the preferred method of enrollment and payment for most programs and events to reduce your wait time and increase safety.
• Please do not enter if you are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
• Enter only through designated entrances and exits (directional signage is in place).
• Must sign in at the front desk AND scan your Tulsa Parks ID card.

Additional updates and policies will be communicated by center staff as well as posted here and our social media accounts.

Our Programming & Services

Hicks Park & Community Center is proud to serve East Tulsa neighborhoods and Tulsans across our community. Our park has sports fields, lighted tennis courts, a playground, picnic shelters, and a walking trail. Inside, our community center facility has a fitness center, full size gym, and classrooms for arts & crafts, dance classes and education programs. We also provide year-around programming that includes fitness classes, arts and crafts, sports leagues, special events; senior programs; and youth day camp. 

We are excited about the upcoming programs and events we are planning for all ages and families this fall season. Summer enrollment is now open and programs will run through August.

Please note: A 25 percent additional fee will be assessed for non-residents (noted in cost as "NR") of the City of Tulsa, and all patrons ages 10 and over must obtain a FREE Tulsa Parks ID card to participate in activities at any Tulsa Parks Community Center. Please ask recreation staff for more details.
