The Best Management Practice (BMP) program for Mobile Food Vendors is intended to assist Mobile Food Vendors in complying with federal, state, and local waste disposal regulations. The BMP lists both required and recommended BMPs for proper handling and disposal of wastewater generated by mobile food vendors. It also includes guidelines to protect storm water runoff.
In order to get a City of Tulsa Business Licenses, Mobile Food Vendors must submit a wastewater disposal plan with a signed attestation and BMP adherence statement. Please view the application process sheet for more information or call (918) 591-4378.
