The City writes checks and releases escrows and deposits to vendors, employees, and citizens. When those checks go uncashed or escrow owners cannot be located they are considered unclaimed property and our goal is to try to reunite the property with its rightful owner.
Below is a list of unclaimed property. If your name is listed, you will need to send a notarized affidavit in order to claim the funds.
