Tulsa Municipal Court and Tulsa County District Court are hosting a free, judgment-free event on Friday, July 31, 2026, for residents who want to address outstanding warrants and citations. Speak directly with court staff and attorneys, explore payments plans, and find out what’s possible - without fear of what happens when you walk through the door.

Walk-ins are welcome. See locations and hours below - Free parking is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage at 3rd Street and Frisco Avenue.  


Locations & Hours 

Tulsa Municipal Court 
600 Civic Center — 5th Street plaza-level entrance 
Hours: 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. 
First-come, first-served. Wait times may range from two to three hours.  
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards, and money orders. An ATM is available inside the building.  

Tulsa County District Court 
Arvest Convention Center, Conference Hall A/B 
100 Civic Center — south entrance 
Hours: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. 
Average wait times: 20-60 minutes. 

Note: State payments will not be accepted at the event. Payments for State cases may be made separately at the Tulsa County Courthouse during normal business hours.  

Both locations are ADA accessible. Spanish-speaking interpreters will be on site. Participants should expect standard security screening at the Municipal Court building. Greeters and volunteers will help direct attendees after check-in.
