JA Classroom Programs

Volunteer opportunity description:

JA Volunteers make school relevant and fun, which means students are more likely to become contributing, successful members of their communities. As volunteers share their real-world experiences and present JA materials, they help students bridge the gap between what they learn in school and what they can expect in the world of work. Almost unanimously, (99%) JA volunteers would recommend the experience to others.

Time commitment is 5-7 visits of 45 minute each with students (depending on grade level chosen).

Volunteer requirements:

Volunteers must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.

JA provides tools and training to be successful!

Volunteers needed:

We need volunteers who are free at these times
