"Providing opportunities for individuals with physical challenges to enhance the quality of their lives". We offer a variety of classes in fitness & exercise, arts & leisure crafts, horticulture, brain fitness, adaptive sports, and social supports to our participants who have a primary disability such as spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, cardiac disease, etc. As a nonprofit, we benefit from volunteer involvement throughout our program services to assist in providing therapeutic experiences to our participants.
