Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa

Our mission is to provide nutritious meals, safety checks, and friendly, caring contact to elderly and disabled home bound individuals in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Supporting homebound individuals improves their health while maintaining their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Our vision is a community in which all elderly and disabled home bound individuals live nourished lives with independence and dignity.

When you are a Meals on Wheels volunteer, you are delivering much more than a nutritious meal - you are delivering wellness checks and caring contact. For many of our homebound seniors, you will be the only person they see or talk to all day.

We also have additional opportunities for assisting our relief delivery operations and the PAWS Program.

A typical volunteer shift takes about an hour to complete. Your time volunteer with Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa will have a profound impact on many lives, including your own. And that feels good. Because when you do good, you feel good.
