Who we are ?

JUVENGAF, a community outreach program.

Our Mission is to mentor Hispanic youth in the east Tulsa community, to provide the necessary skills to succeed in school and in life and allow each child to reach their full potential. 

We meet Saturdays 9am – 3pm at Hicks Community Center 3443 S Mingo Rd. under the direction of Ricardo Rivera. The program is offered free of charge to students age 8-15yrs. Students are given assistance with school work, participate in organized physical activity, eat lunch and occasionally listen to a speaker or have a special activity. We often celebrate the accomplishments of our peers and offer support to those dealing with difficulties. The field trips are the most popular part of the program. These activities are only possible with fundraisers by the students and through the generosity of volunteers like you.

Many of our students come from of low-income families and without your support many of these students could not participate in this program.
