Crosbie Heights Neighborhood

On August 8, 2023, voters approved a third Improve Our Tulsa package funded by General Obligation Bonds and a sales tax extension. Crosbie Heights is allocated $1,500,000 to enhance the neighborhood. Help us understand how the Crosbie Heights neighborhood might be improved!


Upcoming Workshops

The Tulsa Planning Office will conduct two public engagement workshops to learn how and where community members want the City to invest in their neighborhood.

  • Workshop 1: Wednesday, September 9 | 6 - 8 p.m. | Belafonte, 306 S. Phoenix Ave.
  • Workshop 2: Wednesday, September 16 | 6 - 8 p.m. | Belafonte, 306 S. Phoenix Ave.

Project Types:

These projects will improve walkability, mobility, parks and recreation, and economic development. Examples include:

Construct and repair sidewalks, ramps & crosswalks Trees and landscaping
Park and trail improvements Highway underpass improvements
Neighborhood identity gateways and signage Improved transit stops
Traffic calming and wider sidewalks Public art
Seating, trash bins, bike racks & wayfinding signage
