W-2 Opt In

You can Opt-in to receiving your W-2 each year by following the process below.

How to register :

  • Log into ESS (See below if you need help logging in)
  • Once you are logged in, go to “Personal Information” on the left menu.
  • Next to “Tax Form Delivery Options” you will see a link that says “Change.”
  • Click “Self Service Only.”
  • You are now opted-in for your W-2!

Need help logging in? Follow these steps:

  • First time log in: If you have never logged into the ESS system, your username will be your six-digit Employee Number and your password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will immediately be prompted to create a new password and security question.
  • If you have logged in before but have forgotten your password, you can request it through the log-in screen.
  • If you are still having problems, you can contact the Service Desk at (918) 596-7070 to reset your password. (Regular hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Federal regulations require that employees give their consent to receive the W-2 in an electronic format. Once consent is given it carries forward each year and does not need to be repeated.

If you choose NOT to Opt-In by January 15, 2019, your W-2 will be mailed by January 31, 2020.
