Munis ESS Log-in

To Log In: use the Blue Munis Self Service icon on your desktop or visit https://cityoftulsa.munisselfservice.com/default.aspx

  • First time log in: If you have never logged into the ESS system, your username will be your six-digit Employee Number and your password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will immediately be prompted to create a new password and security question.
  • If you have logged in before but have forgotten your password, you can request it through the log-in screen.
  • If you are still having problems, you can contact the Service Desk at (918) 596-7070 to reset your password. (Regular hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Things to Remember:

  • You will need your dependents/beneficiaries Legal name, SSN, date of birth before your start enrollment
  • The Computer Lab will be available at City Hall, 14th Floor Central Hub, 8 a.m. - 4: 30 p.m.
