Employee Assistance Program

Community Care provides all Employee Assistance Program services for employees and their family members. If you or a family member that lives in your household needs assistance, Community Care can help. The evaluation can take 1 to 3 visits. Referrals are made beyond the evaluation as indicated.

They are located at Williams Center Tower II, Plaza Level, Two West Second St.

Free parking is available at the 100 West Parking Garage. The garage is located on W. 1st Street between S. Cheyenne and S. Boulder. The entrance to the parking garage is on the north side facing 1st Street (1st is a one-way street east to west). Guests will enter the garage and pull a ticket, then bring that ticket to the EAP offices for validation.

From the garage, exit the south doors of the parking garage to the street level entrance (this faces north off 2nd Street after crossing South Boulder Avenue). Once inside the building, there will be signs directing guests to the EAP offices on the Plaza level, directly behind the escalators.
