The Customer Care Center celebrated Customer Care Week 2022 with a week of activities and themed days October 3-7. Here are just a few photos from the week. You may notice Chief Franklin, Councilor Decter-Writer, Councilor Hall-Harper, Binu Abraham, Councilor Lakin, and Keri Fothergill (not pictured, James Wagner, Shawn Flaherty and Darren Fritz). These guest agents spent several hours shadowing an agent to learn more about the Customer Care Center and how agents help our residents.
