Cold Case 09/30/2004

 

On September 30, 2004 2159 hours officers responded to 9407 E. 65th Street apartment #3216, to check on the well being of the victim. The victim had not been seen or heard from since September 27, 2004 at 2145 hours. Upon entering the apartment they discovered the victim deceased. The cause of death was strangulation.
