Cold Case 12/07/1992

 

On December 7, 1992 the victim and his brother Robert were discovered deceased inside their residence located at 9817 S. Oswego Avenue, by their parents who were returning home from Christmas shopping. The victim died from a gunshot wound. Robert Phillips died from massive blunt trauma.
