Cold Case 07/11/2000

 

On July 11, 2000 at 0005 hours the victim's brother returned home at 11107 E. 17th Place and discovered that his brother the victim was deceased. The victim had been stabbed. The victim had talked to his brother by phone 15 minutes prior to his death.
