Cold Case 08/12/1978

 

On August 12, 1978 at approximately 0700 hours a pedestrain discovered the vicitm down in an alleyway, behind the Grand Apartment building, located at 1103 S. Main Street. The victim was lying beside a dumbster. The victim died from his throat being cut.
