Ordinance amending Title 26, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Titled, “Parks, Mall and Plaza,” to add a new section, Section 112, defining the extent of Zink Lake and South Tulsa Lake and regulating the use of watercraft and other conduct on Arkansas River Lakes; amending Sections 103 and 105 defining acts prohibited in parks; amending Sections 106 and 107 relating to park permits; providing that notice of rules and regulations will be posted at park and lake entrances.
