Consideration and possible approval, adoption, denial, amendment or revision of an Ordinance amending Title 43, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, titled "City of Tulsa Sales Tax Code", by the addition of a new section, Section 100.5, to be titled "2023 Temporary Sales Tax Levied”; creating the new sales tax; stating the purpose of the tax; setting a commencement date for the tax; establishing procedures for the deposit of funds generated thereby; directing expenditure of the funds in accordance with Title 43-M; setting a termination date; providing that if, at the August 8, 2023, election, the voters of the City of Tulsa do not approve this 2023 Temporary Sales Tax, then this ordinance shall be null and void and of no further effect, repealing all ordinances in conflict with this ordinance, providing severability.
